Do you see Ed's point?  This change is in the context of a 
discussion of default clocking.  In various places in the
LRM, the syntax boxes omit parts of the grammar productions
that are not relevant for the discussion at hand.  For 
this change, adding the ellipsis "..." after default 
clocking shows that there is something in the production
that follows but that has been omitted.
