RE: [sv-ac] reminder of e-mail ballot on 1648

The ... after default clocking ... meant to indicate that there is more
to follow. Since the syntax box is only talking about default clocking,
I did not think appropriate to add the default disable sinnce all the
other items were also skipped (the ... before default clocking.)
