RE: [sv-ac] 22.10 bind review

Thomas,

The acronym definition change was made by the IEEE after ballot was
completed on 1800-2005.  The error (along with several other typographical
errors) has already been corrected in 1800/D3a (draft 3a) which I completed
last week.  This is the draft the IEEE will be making available for
purchase, and should be distributed to the committees very soon.
