RE: [sv-ac] levels argument proposal

If any one has objections to  proposal 241  please do so before 5 pm
PDT, Monday  April 18th. 
If no objections are issued by Monday then we will consider 241 passed. 
For 670 since we have not discussed it yet.  I will give people time to
discuss it today and would like to get an email vote on it.  
I know there is a champions meeting on Tuesday. I would like to have the
vote on Monday unless there is a strong objection.

So unless there is an objection, I would like to get votes on proposal
#670 by Monday at 5:00 pm PDT.

I'm not an expert on dumpvars, perhaps Bassam would be able to answer
this question. LRM for 1364 does not spell out this condition.

Your proposal looks fine to me. I was just wondering if the arguments
after the level are just an identifier, how does $dumpvars resolves it
if there is a variable and a module with the same name in the design.
