[sv-ac] 4020: Syntax description of properties in inconsistent

Hi all,

I submitted a new Mantis item 4020: Syntax description of properties in inconsistent (www.eda-stds.org/mantis/view.php?id=4020<http://www.eda-stds.org/mantis/view.php?id=4020>). This is neither a direct editorial issue, nor is a high priority to be addressed in this PAR. However, I think that the description should be consistent.
