[sv-ac] New Mantis 4019: More precise reference required for local variable flow

Hi all,

I submitted a new Mantis 4019: More precise reference required for local variable flow (www.eda-stds.org/mantis/view.php?id=4019<http://www.eda-stds.org/mantis/view.php?id=4019>).

The reference to local variable flow in 16.10 is too general - Annex F. The correct reference is F.5.4 Local variable flow.

I believe we can handle it as an editorial issue. Let me know if you disagree.
