[sv-ac] Wrong reference in 16.14.2 Assume statement

Hi all,

The reference in the following line

expression dist { dist_list } ; // from A.1.10

is wrong.

It should be A.2.10. I opened Mantis 4021: "Wrong reference in 16.14.2 Assume statement" for it.
