• Interfaces continue
• By December, need LCS for proposals that will go into standard.
• December to March - prepare final document.
• Interfaces -
  • Next revision - perhaps delays and conditional.
  • Many are thinking of spaceship as assignment when it is more like a port map.
  • Spaceship is more like a port map and/or alias.
  • Want spaceship in code region so we can use if-generate and for-generate
  • spaceship <=> vs. "free-range" map
  • Spaceship is a concurrent statement and never sequential.
  • Maps need to be complete
  • Aside: Does an attribute that is applied to an object also be visible to an alias of that object?
  • Discussed how spaceship operators and resolution functions interact - an algorithm
    • AI Patrick: add algorithm here
  • AI Lieven & Patrick: Write up interface LCS with delta cycle free spaceship.
• PreponedProcess - subsumed/replaced by spaceship association
• RelatedRecords - could be handled by map functions
• AI Patrick: Mark items that are for open source group as Closed/Transferred
• Brief Discussion on integers and 2's complement range being a requirement.
