Thanks for your review. You are right, we are only dealing with the technical content. The material at the beginning is inserted as part of the copyediting done by IEEE. There will be a review of that material before it gets published.
 
Regarding the unit of the two densities, these did not have a unit in the first version of the standard. The form I proposed follows that used in package fundamental_constants for PHYS_GRAVITY. Since the information is in a comment it didn't seem as important to make it fully compliant with SI as if it had been part of a declaration. Compliance isn't possible in all cases anyway, for example if the unit uses Greek letters. I agree with you that this should be good enough for now, we can handle changes we deem necessary as part of the integration into 1076.1.
