New domain name for eda.org

Hello,

This is to announce that eda.org now has become eda-stds.org. The 
vhdl.org domain name is still valid, but from now on you may also use:
- for the 1076.1 web site: http://www.eda-stds.org/vhdl-ams
- for 1076.1 mailing list: vhdl-ams@eda-stds.org
