Question about enhancements in vhdl 200x

 
Is vhdl 200x planning to add dynamic data types such as queues
or dynamic processes?

I am trying to find out if the enhancements planned would bring
dynamic data that VHPI (the VHDL procedural interface) would
have to deal with.
If so, can you point me to the proposals?
