[vhdl-200x-ft] FT24 proposal document broken

Jim and John,

The FT25 document on the website appears to be broken.  The last couple of
lines of the proposal read:

  ... An element simple name (see 7.3.2) is not allowed as a choice of a
  CASE? statemerect the proofs.

I understood that John had updated the document to include the proof of
independence of choices, but that is not there.  Looks like a chunk of text
got clobbered.  Do either of you have the unbroken form of the document?
