RE: [vhdl-200x-ft] "_update" packages

David,

The P1076.1.1 VHDL-AMS packages were provided in a library called
ieee_proposed while the standard was in development.  I'd suggest we follow
the same practice.  That way, the packages can keep their names unchanged.
