I have loaded a new version into:

Hopefully I'm done editing for awhile.

In this revision the "?=" operator is there, but commented out.
All of the "_reduced" functions are recursive, and the operator versions
of them are commented out. All of the code not currently supported
under 1076-2002 has "--%%%" comments around it.

I have been e-mailing Peter Ashenden about Generics on packages.
This may be a fairly elegant solution for the floating point packages.
I will have something around this in my next update.
