Françoise and Jim,

Thanks for Françoise's correction. I have added that, plus declarations of
constant VHPISUCCESS and VHPIFAILURE in the attached revised version of the
FT-13 proposal document.

Jim, could you please update the website with the doc and put it on the
agenda for review by the FT team? Thanks.
