[vhdl-200x-ft] FT05 and FT08 writeups

Hi,
David Bishop has updated the proposals for:
  FT05A to_string, to_hstring, ...
  Ft08 hwrite, owrite, ...

and they have now been posted to the vhdl-200x-ft webpage.

These will be moved to the agenda for Monday's
meeting.
