Re: [vhdl-200x-ft] New version of VHDL code

Peter,
How does a standards group stay open and not
post the source of the packages? The easiest
way to discuss what is being done is to review
the code.

I have not seen a donation letter from either
David Bishop or Kodak regarding the fixed point
and floating point packages. So perhaps the
packages do not officially belong to IEEE yet.

Perhaps we need to form a separate standards
organization for the standardization of packages.
Perhaps this could also be a funding organization
for VHDL standards.
