[vhdl-200x-ft] Updated packages

I just updated:

So far we have 82,000 lines of code and still growing...

I have added the "math_real" and "math_complex" packages.
They are marked as modified for vhdl-200x, but at the moment,
these are the ORIGINAL packages. I'd download them now.

Work yet to be done:
1) The functions needed for FT18 (boolean equivalence for
bit and std_ulogic) have yet to be added.
2) The bit version of "numeric_unsigned" (currently titled
"numeric_bit_unsigned" is written, but not tested.
3) MANY test vectors need to be written for some of the new
functions.
4) The floating point functions still need to be updated to
conform with the new vhdl-200x packages
5) The fixed point packages are updated, but we have a few
questions yet to iron out. I'll put this in a separate e-mail.
