[vhdl-200x] vhpiSizeP for vhpiRecordTypeDeclK

Hi All,
IEEE 1076-2008 do not contains   any information about vphiSizeP of
vhpiRecordTypeDeclK. In my opinion it should return numer of record elements
. Is it right? Maybe it should be clarified in the new standard?
