So how do I go about voting on the proposals you mentioned on today's
call?  I couldn't figure it out from stumbling around the webpage.  I'm
not listed as a member of the working group, if that's something I'd
need to be to do so.

I also don't really need to vote on the proposals.  I just jumped on
the call since I figured it was pretty unfair to leave only a few
people holding the bag on language direction while the rest of us snipe
from the corners.
