[vhdl-200x] Issues in vhdl-2008

I have collected a few issues in the current 2008 standard that I'd like 
to report.

Technically, they aren't proposals but either minor and easily fixable
issues that don't really need to be discussed (typos, vocabulary) or
real bugs that don't always have a clear solution.

I think they should be reported to ISAC, but that committee looks
asleep or dead.

Where is the best replace to report issues ?
