     Open: 207: Stop in environment package. Return values ambiguous as to what can be done with them.
     Reserve a range for the LRM uses?
     Place requirement on implementation to make the return value available some how.
     Steven Dovich: 218: Review and determine if it will be relevant given P1735 changes - add place holder proposal
     Jim 230 - Add place holder proposal so we don't drop it. Need FPGA/ASIC specific instances of float_pkg - send email to reflector
     Cliff: 44 - Implicit operators and aliases- covered by ISAC issue? (see LRM SC 13-Jun-2006).
         Cliff thinks it will require a proposal to address.
     David Bishop: Bugzilla 17 - add_carry in numeric_std as well as fixed/floating packages
        Is it already in the fixed and floating point packages?
     David Bishop: Bugzilla 15 - Should numeric_bit/std have resize with size_res parameter?
        David proposed it for consistency with the fixed and floating point packages
    Ryan: Arbitrary width float: see Nov 8 2012 meeting
    Open: natural_vector see Nov 8 2012 meeting
      Can we make it closely related to integer_vector?
      Could this also handle items like X01_vector -
   Jim - 257 - move definitions for TEXT, OUTPUT, and INPUT from std.textio to std.standard
   Jim - 258 - syntax regularization between entity and component
   262 - Fixed Generic Pkg and checking valid range
   Peter - 293 - copy proposed resolution in bugzilla in proposal
   Jim - Mark bugzillas for which we have a proposal with that status
   Review Action Item List
   Review ISAC Accepted items list & make sure each has a proposal.
