Hi Jim,

Not really any where near what  you'd call up to speed on it, just turned the 
ignition key really ;-)

If you look here:

it would appear to be a page that you add a bullet point with your user name and 
with or without a list of web topics.

How to install it, I am not sure, but it looks to be integral to TWiki.

I mentioned the P1647 web as it appears to be in use here:

As Dave Smith seems to be tagged as the last modifier, he may have a much better 
knowledge on how to use it.
