[vhdl-200x] Please set email to plain text only ...

Hi,
In posts to the reflector, please set your
email to send plain text only.

If you send both plain text and html, the html
will be seen as an attachment and the email will
bounce.

If you really need html, then send html only and
check the reflector to make sure it got posted.

Note, these rules were put in place due to a viral
attachment on one of the other groups that almost
caused us to loose the free hosting for our reflectors.
