[vhdl-200x] 1076 Officer Election: Jim Lewis is approved as chair

Hi All,

 

The voting closed on the designated day and Jim Lewis was approved as
chair. There were 10 affirming votes. Tomorrow is the first meeting
that Jim is attending since voting closed and this serves to remind us
all to congratulate him. This ends my duties as elections processor.
