[vhdl-200x] Keeping up with changes on the TWIKI site

If you are wondering how to keep up with the changes on the P1076
TWIKI site, go to the main page:

Note that on the left hand side, below P1076 Web heading
that there is a link for RSS Feed. This will give you
what changed and when.
