[vhdl-200x] Meeting Change to 13-Oct

Hi,
If no one objects I would like to move Thursday's meeting back 1 week to Oct-13.

Alternately convince John S to hold another focus meeting on Conditional Compile this Thursday and hold a general meeting a week later on Oct-13
