[vhdl-200x] Action Item (All): Officer Elections Soon

Hi,
The VASG Working Group Operating Procedures require that officers
get elected within a short amount of time (6 months) after working
group formation. The WG was officially formed on March 31, 2011 when
our PAR was approved. So we need to think about electing officers.

We need chair, vice-chair, and secretary. All of these are
non-technical administrator type roles. So think about it.
