[vhdl-200x] ISAC restarting

Hello VHDL community.
Its time to restart the ISAC. There are a few open issues that have
arisen in VHDL2008 and I
would like to get started addressing them. We need one or two more
volunteers to make the ISAC
viable so this is a call to get some more people involved.

Currently the ISAC has a members:
Chuck Swart -- chair
Peter Ashenden
David Koontz
Nitin Khurana
Jim Lewis

When we reactivate we will meet once a month for two hours.
 From these meetings come preliminary analysis of various open issues.
For each issue
a "volunteer" then writes up an analysis.
Please consider joining even if all you are prepared to do is to attend
the monthly meeting.

Its easy (and free) to join but you don't have to log in to search for bugs.
click on Search, status open, product VHDL-2008 and you will see about
16 open issues.
