If it helps any, P1735 is the standard that is targeting
encryption in EDA. Its webpage is here:

I note that the meeting minutes are posted on the wiki
and are publicly visible. In the meeting minutes you
will find a list of attendees. This will give you an
idea as to which vendors are participating. If you
don't see one of your vendors on the list, you might
give them a nudge.
P1735 is an entity based group, so if you want to attend
a meeting as a non-member, I think you only get one
(so use it wisely).
