There are a few bugs in 1076-2008 that need to be addressed. Some of
these are tracked on https://bugzilla.mentorg.com/
1) Bugs in floating point package - All minor, tracked in Bugzilla, all
fixed in the versions I have at http://www.vhdl.org/fphdl
2) Bugs in LRM (unsigned fixed point reciprocal documented incorrectly)
Also tracked in Bugzilla
3) Floating point package was done to IEEE 754-1985, there is a new IEEE
754-2008 (new rounding modes, new decimal floating point type) should we
update?
4) complex and polar_complex type, should there be a _vector version?
Also we need "read", "write" and "to_string" functions for these if we
treat these as a standard types.
