[vhdl-200x] DVCon VHDL Meetings

Hi,
We are planning VHDL working meetings at DVCon.
Mentor has agreed to host them and Chuck is working
on the room details.

The current thought on the agenda is below.

    Tuesday:  All Day
       Brainstorming on next revision
       Technical issue discussions

    Wednesday:  All Day
       General Meeting
       New requirements

All are welcome to attend either day or parts of
either day.  If you have agenda items please let me
know.  If you have schedule issues, please let me know
that too and we can try to work around it.

Further details will be announced as we get closer to
DVCon.
