[vhdl-200x] Updated copy of draft posted

Hi,
Peter has posted an updated copy of the VHDL-VHPI
draft for the P1076C PAR.  It can be found at:

This copy of the draft is provide for members of the
working group to evaluate the draft for its suitability
for balloting.  It is password protected.  I will be
sending the password to all voting members momentarily.

For non-voting members, I will want a committment that
you will be working toward being a voting member (join
DASC and vote in 2 of 3 working group votes).
