[vhdl-200x] IEEE ballot formation for P1076C

Hi,
IEEE ballot formation for P1076C (VHDL + VHPI) started
on 7/26/06 and will close on 8/25/06.  This is an
electronic ballot process.  To ballot you must be an
IEEE SA member and must have an IEEE web account.
