If there are no objections, I will interpret votes as referring to that revision. Re IR2053: The intention was to recommend that the current revision be interpreted as though the corrections were made and that the next revision implement the corrections. The ISAC agreed upon that recommendation, but it evidently missed being written into the document. I will disregard votes to date on this IR and include the corrected IR in the next round.
