[vhdl-200x] Reminder of VHDL-200x Fast-Track Meeting

Tomorrow (today), Monday 23 Aug, we will have the next in the series of
VHDL-200x change proposals review meetings.

On the agenda:

Numeric Package Proposals (N001 to N007)
FT4 (specifically, alternate minimum and maximum)
FT7 (methodology for hierarchical reference)
FT16 (context units)

As always, we will review as much as we can in the 2 hour period scheduled
starting at 2pm US west coast time.
