[vhdl-200x] Meeting Reminder

This week, we will be following up on action items from last week's meeting. Specifically, we will review:

- Canonical path names
- Generic proposal
- Interface requirements (any additional requirements to add)
- John Ries also put together a couple proposals related to 1164 merging into 1076 (don't care handling in case statements and treating some expressions/operations as locally static. I have attached those proposals with my apology to John for not having time to review them yet. However, I didn't want my inaction to prevent us from considering them.

- In general, we'll see if anyone has any additional insights or contributions derived from further thought since the last meeting and the posting of the minutes last night.
