I neglected to take into account that Friday in the US is Saturday in Australia (as well as an adequate time difference). Since Peter has been very much involved in this revision activity, I do want to accomodate him. The new times may go long into or be very early in the day for folks on the east coast, Europe and India, but it is impossible to satisfy everyone. Tradeoffs will always favor those who are active contributors (and future schedule changes may be necessary). So, new days and times:
Thursday, 15 April 2004. 2pm - 6pm US West Coast time
Thursday, 22 April 2004. 2pm - 6pm US West Coast Time
All else remains the same. Thanks for your understanding.
