[vhdl-200x] 1076 WG Roster

I have updated the roster at: http://www.eda-twiki.org/vhdl-200x/1076_wg_roster_summary.htm.

Changes include corrections as notified by members to me.

Also, on the subscribers page I added the email account as the last name for all the subscribers for which I have no other information. For example, user@foo.com, shows up with last name "userEM". If the affiliation could be inferred from the email address, it is specified. Otherwise, only the email account name is specified.
