Subject: updated DASC membership list

Dear colleagues,

I have updated the DASC membership list as of today at www.dasc.org.

Would working group chairs please remind working group members that they
need to be DASC members to be eligible to vote on working group issues. The
membership form is also available on the website. I would like to
foreshadow now that, as part of our review of governance, the steering
committee will be seeking compliance on membership rules. 2004 Membership
renewals are due by 31 December.
