Thank you Paul for collecting this information into one list.
Dennis has arranged the telecon logistics again. I believe everything is
the same as before (Dennis, please update if anything is different):

For tomorrow (or today if you don't read this until friday AM), I propose we
discuss the following:
1. What do we need to have in place prior to DVCon?
- List of participants? (Still incomplete, but a decent start. Anyone we
need to definitely get on board?)
- Proposed organization
- Sample list of proposed team leaders/(sub)committee chairs (we don't
need to make this public, but we need to recruit)
2. Meeting logistics
- Where, when, telecon availability
3. How do we ensure satisfactory progress?
- Require team/(sub)committees to meet with a minimum frequency
- Assign deadlines for reporting back with results for next milestone
(which is? and what is the next milestone?).
If you think there is something at least as important as the above that I'm
missing, please bring it up first thing tomorrow so we can make sure we
discuss it.
As you can see, I think it is too soon to delve into the details of the wish
list. It can be individually reviewed and updated concurrent with getting
an organization and process in place to actually review the list and get
some work done on addressing things in it.
