Mantis item 2463 has taken a very unusual sequence of steps.
I have reviewed all of the notes in this mantis item and was then able to
go back and find the email trail where Brad, Shalom, Myself and Stu agreed
that it was an editorial change that Stu would go ahead and make.
I have updated the mantis item with an explanation and then moved it to
the closed state. Editorial changes don't need to be approved by either the
Champions or the Working Group.
I didn't notice all of this back when I sent it to the Champions for an
email vote.
