Hi Jim, It appears that you provided the most recent proposal for Mantis 1835. Unfortunately this proposal is a framemaker file. I was able to bring up the file in framemaker but it uses fonts that my version of maker doesn't have access to. Is this version of the proposal different from the older one that is in pdf format? The Champions are trying to review this proposal, but this frame file is causing complications. Please let us know if the maker file contains any additional changes that are not in the June 4th proposal. If there are additional changes, please upload a pdf file that has the same proposal in it. The Champions are meeting early tomorrow morning.
