RE: [sv-champions] Agenda for July 24th meeting

As far as I can see, the 3 abstentions were:

Erik Seligman
Francoise Martionelle
Steven Sharp

They do not seem to have sent votes on the entire email ballot.
I assume Erik abstained as Chair.
