[sv-champions] Mantis 2327 has been moved to the feedback state

Hi Dmitry,

Mantis item 2327 has been placed into the feedback state by the Champions.
Below is a copy of the note that I added to the Mantis item.

    The proposal was sent back to the technical committee by the Champions in
    the July 10th, 2008 conference call. The vote was unanimous.

    The proposal for mantis 2327 adds item ad) to the existing list in 16.15.7.
    The last line of this bullet item has the following:

       "The underlying evaluation of property_stmtd is non-vacuous."

    In this sentence the word "attempt" appears to be missing.
    This same problem was noted for ab), ac) and ad).
    All of the bulleted items should be checked.

    It was also noted that in one spot "non-vacuous" is missing a '-' in the
    blue text.
