[sv-champions] Re: SV-Champions Meeting 4/15/04

Karen,

I had some trouble reading the Resolved Issues spreadsheet,
but I did not see there all the 1364 issues resolved in the 
ballot response meeting of April 7.

Specifically:

Mantis 576: wording of Annex H
Mantis 577: wording of Section 28
BTF 287: keyword compatibility pragma
ETF 613: description of $recovery
ETF 618: fixes to $timeskew

I also think that all of the 1364 changes should be recorded in one of the
databases, and not just in a spreadsheet sent in an email as 
minutes of that meeting.
