    - Library handling
    - instantiation across langauges
    - Accessing objects (such modules, signals, tasks, 
     functions) across languages. 

- Committee will have an email discussion to define
  the problem w.r.t Binding. Committee will define
  a set of questions that will need to be answered

- (Added on Mar 7) Binding to be discussed in the 
  context of SV+VHDL and SystemC.
