RE: [P1800] Re: IEEE 1800-2007

The 1800-2005 Std is available on IEEE Xplore. The draft was supposed to
be available in the "store" or shop. 

At the June 26th WG meeting, Karen took the action item to see about
updating IEEE store with the latest draft.
