[P1800] RE: 11 October 2004 Unapproved Meeting Minutes

In discussions and correspondence with various people, I have discovered
significant differences in interpretations or understanding of the P1800
schedule.

Thus, I request that the schedule be clarified in an explicit and
unambiguous way.
