Call for elections for the 1364 SUB-WG Chair

Dear Colleague:

According to my previous note of October 21 initiating the nomination
process for 1364 SUB-WG Chair, I have received the following
nominations:

          Neil Korpusik of SUN
            Tom Fitzpatrick of Mentor
            Michael McNamara of Verisity

Neil and Tom accepted their nomination. Michael, due to demands of his
current role within Verisity, could not accept the nomination.

Therefore we have two candidates running for this position:
          _____ Neil Korpusik of SUN
            _____ Tom Fitzpatrick of Mentor

I would like now to initiate an electronic ballot where the response
period is limited to 14 days, and therefore it ends by the end of
November 21.

Voting is by approval. You should vote for zero or more candidates by
putting an "X" next to the candidate name. The candidate with the most
votes gets elected.

Please forward your votes directly to me through email by 5pm US-PST, 21
November 2004. Please contact me for any questions regarding the
process.
